  • Day : 1 Welcome to Darjeeling

    As you reach New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be received by one of the representatives of the concerned tour agent who will help you in getting transferred to your hotel. Take joy in the scenic road journey as your vehicle zips past the picturesque landscape. Upon your arrival in Darjeeling, complete the check-in at the hotel and then relax as the remaining part of the first day is all at leisure. You can stay inside your hotel room and take rest or go out and utilise the free time to explore the nearby attractions on your own. You will be taken up the Tiger Hill to witness an everyday natural occurrence, yet too charismatic a spectacle to miss - the sunrise. On a clear day, you will get to witness gorgeous view of the sun coming out from behind the snowy peaks of the great Himalayan range, turning the colour of Mt. Kanchendzonga to pinkish-gold. So, that is the moment when you can just hold your breath and go on clicking pictures. After this, while returning to the hotel, you will also get to visit the 135-year old Ghoom Monastery, the Batasia Loop and the famous War Memorial dedicated to the martyred soldiers of Indian defence services. A piping-hot tea at a tea stall adds to the charm of the beautiful morning in Darjeeling. Return to the hotel as itat is time for you to refuel yourself with some wholesome breakfast at the hotel.   • Day : 3 Darjeeling : Time to Depart
